Terms
Referral terms.
- New clients only. Existing clients and active prospects are excluded.
- The referrer must be identified during the initial inquiry.
- One referrer and one reward per new client.
- Rewards cover the first eligible service only; recurring payments and later purchases do not generate additional rewards.
- Calculate the qualifying total after discounts, excluding taxes and third-party expenses.
- Confirm service eligibility in writing before booking.
- Self-referrals, donations, merchandise, free consultations, canceled services, and refunded purchases are excluded.
- Approved rewards are paid within 30 days after service completion, full payment, and any applicable refund period.
- Future program changes apply prospectively and preserve rewards already earned under the applicable terms.
Connecting us with a new donor or mission supporter? We welcome those introductions and acknowledge them separately. Donor introductions do not qualify for cash referral rewards.
